objectivetoinvestigatethecausesandthetretmentmeansofdelayedhemorrhageafterremovingcolorectalpolypslesionswithhighfrequencyelectrocoagulation.methodsthemedicalrecordsondelayedbleedingwereanalyzed.resultsthedelayedhemorrhagewas15casesin756colorectalpolypslesions.thediametersofleˉsionswerefrom0.5cmto3.0cm.thebleedingtimewasfrom45hoursto5daysafterremoving.thesmallquantitybleedingwere8cases，middlingquantitybleedingwere4cases，largequantitybleedingwere3cases。deathcaseswerezero.conclusionthereasonfordelayedbleedinghemorrhage.conclusiontoavoidoccuringdelayedbleeding，atˉtentionmustbepaidtotheperoperative，operativeandpostoperativelinksresprctively.
